Only as a reference, we provide tours and tourist services, at the Puerto Madryn area, Peninsula Valdes and Punta Tombo with Trelew valley; we focus all our efforts on providing outstanding experiences in contact with wildlife. Besides our office in downtown Puerto Madryn, we also have desks at both of the city’s piers, and we have been providing shore excursions to cruise passengers for the last 14 seasons…
Our cruise shore excursions operations started on December 2005, and since then we have been providing tours to cruise passengers, our guides will share with you the knowledge and experiences they have. All our vehicles are brand new, with air conditioning and are equipped with all the safety regulations, insurance and permits.

At Sentir Patagonia we have a department dedicated solely to cruise passengers arriving to Puerto Madryn.

We organize all different kind of tours, private or shared excursions, also if you’d like, we can start a group with you and gather more people and you may pay a better rate.
All our tours start and finish at the pier.

The rates includes vehicle with up to 18 seats, with A/C, English speaking tour guide and box lunch (ham and cheese sandwich, granola bar, 1 Argentinean alfajor and 1 bottle of water) also you can choose between a vegetarian, or gluten free meals.
NOTE: Peninsula Valdes & Estancia San Lorenzo tour, instead of box lunch, includes lunch
Our vehicles are prepared for 4, 5, 12, 18 or 23 people plus driver and tour guide.
We use small vehicles such as vans, minivans or small minibus up to 23 seats, we don’t use coach buses for tours.
Cancellation Policy:
If the ship doesn’t dock, we don’t charge anything, and if you prepaid for the whole tour or any kind of deposit, we will refund the 100%
If you cancel at least 1 week before your arrival we don’t charge anything, and if you prepaid for the whole tour or any kind of deposit, we will refund the 100%
If you don’t show up at the pier up to 45 minutes after the ship docks (NO SHOW) we will charge 100% of the rate, less the park entrance fee, and if you have any kind of deposit it’s not refundable. If it’s a NO SHOW we only refund the park entrance fee.
